I get this too. But it is related to the medication I am taking. Like you, it doesn’t happen every time. Completely random.
Ah ok, so could be the medication I’m taking then, I’ve been on my meds for 3 years and only just started. Very strange
Specifically the medication causing ejaculation issues is tamsulosin.
Ha I’m also on that! One of many tablets I should say
What other issues does it cause?
Does the orgasm feel any different having a dry ejaculation?
I’m taking tamsulosin. Orgasm feels the same but when it randomly decides to be retrograde I also feel a popping sensation between my scrotum and anus. Doesn’t hurt.
Orgasm feels same as ever but for me just nothing comes out
I have a full, normal ejaculation when i masterbate, but not during intercourse. Orgasm during intercourse is a group of small release feelings happening but it’s without any ejaculation. I’m 73 and this has been happening now for about a year. I have had intercourse about twice that had a full orgasm with ejaculations. I have intercourse about one a week and masterbate about twice weekly. I am on Tamsulosin and use tadadafil (Generic Cialis) plus some other prescription drugs. Anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions or ideas, comments?
If you had prostate surgery all you get is a dry orgasm. If any fluid comes out it’s probably urine. The dry orgasm feels good but I do miss not ejaculating
I don’t have a problem with urine with the dry ejaculation so can’t make a suggestion sorry
Try supplementing with sunflower lecithin capsules (avoid the soy versions!). I've found that it really does help increase the volume of my ejaculate. My orgasms have also lmproved as a result.
Soy lecithin is extracted via a process using chemicals whereas sunflower lecithin is naturally extracted. Simply a purer product and far less likely to cause side effects.
Well I had TURP surgery for BPH (enlarged prostate). That produced retrograde ejaculation; it went back into my bladder. I then had HIFU surgery for prostate cancer. Now no ejaculate. I suppose I miss it but I don't consider it a problem in the grand scheme of things.
