Wrote here about two months ago about my low libido and the inability to keep my friend up after circumcision. Went on a month and a half of taking medicine And i finally get to the point where i see change! Got my libido slightly up and for the first time in 4 months I felt a need to masturbate and i wasn't stimulated by any means, it came from myself like it used to before op. I’m grateful for the community and the feedback I got from you guys on my first post! Thank you a lot!!! I saw some posts lately from guys my age With the same problem if anyone wants to know about all the different medicine i was taking, feel free to ask below! Let’s not forget to help even when we are out of the mud, cheers!

I used several medicines, most of them were natural, i mean i didn’t take any chemical based medicine. The one that made the difference was icariin (horny goat), l-arginine and selenium. Thats the compounds of the medicine - mainly icariin. I will do two cycles i think, afterwards i will make a new update. Keep safe and cheers!

L-arginene and PCT PRO are the best way to enhance Libido.

Me too have these issue from A year. But not severe like your. My Penis is not getting full hard. it's around 70%. And also have premature ejeculation. I have been masturbating form age 13. Now i'm 20. But it's sad. Don't how to recover my sexual health. I tried some excercises like pelvic floor, keegal. But still facing ED and Premature. If anyone know any medicine or anything other way then plzz let me know.

The first step is to visit the urologist. You must work from there, for the ED you must take medicine that enhances your libido and blood circulation in the pelvic area. Visit the doc firstly and work from there

Bro, I'm from India. And belongs to rural area. So there is no Urologist around me upto 80km. And Due to Covid pandemic can't go city.

I get it. Look up medicine with icariin, maca or tribulus and zinc, l-arginine. Those are the ones which help with libido. if you are having problems to get hard and you need to go full action try kamagra, viagra, sildenafil, cialis etc, but for long time recovery use these above

in reply toQKneeCap

okH. I want long time recovery. I'll go for icariin, maca, zinc and L-arginine. How to use these?

Firstly find medicine that have these compounds, pharmacists will tell you how to take them.

in reply to

L-arginine is available as a supplement in capsule form. Acetyl L-Carnitine is another supplement that could help. Unusual to have ED issues at such a young age. PE can be an issue at any age. Make sure you are drinking enough water too -- dehydration can cause ED problems.

I'm drinking enough water. But don't know how to get rid of this.
