Hi I just wanted to tell you I've been having acupuncture for the last 2 months and I have found it helped a lot. I felt slightly nervous of the needles and didn't look to start with but I was amazed how relaxed I was once they were in. I felt very tingly and more energy the dayafter . I began by going weekly now every 2 week's. My acupuncturist says he gets the blood moving so it relieves that heavy feeling and the most noticible thing is I had very bad blood clots during and either side of my period but this has really reduced to small amounts now. He spends a long time talking to me about how I feel and were discussing my diet he has sugested hot soup for lunch as good vitamins but keeping hot food and drink in tummy alongside hotwaterbottle everynight will help ease pains. This works too as heat definately helps. I do wonder weather having someone listening to me more than my doctor ever does is part of why I feel better too. Anyway its definately worth a try and I hope it helps you. Think of it like a relaxation treat rather than needles x
