Hi.

I have recently been getting pain in my left pelvis/groin. This is more apparant when lying in bed and is excrutiating. It is the opposite side to where I normally get my endo pains. Is this linked to endo or do I have something new? It feels as though my pelvis is moving out of place

You could get a good physio to check your pelvic alignment. I knocked mine out of place years ago when I slipped and fell.

As I understand it, it usually happens to women during pregnancy because hormones act on ligaments but some people have loose ligaments anyway.

I have experienced both endo pain and pelvic alignment SIJ pain and I would say they are different. As you say, when I had/have SIJ pain it really feels like the bones are moving out of position (because they are!)

Hope you get sorted soon,
