Is it normal for you hormones to be 'all over the place' after a lap? plus tube out plus diagnosis of endo?

I had mine on 12th November and have not felt right since. I am either crying, angry or really low and just don't feel myself at all. Also does anyone know when your periods return, I have missed one, but they were always pretty scetchy anyway (One day) xx

Hi, I had my lap a couple of weeks ago and am waiting for my period to arrive tomorrow but have no premenstrual symptoms that I usually get. I am usually really regular between 27 and 29 days so I will let you know if it arrives and what it is like. I really want it to arrive tomorrow or before as I've heard it can be a lot worse after lap and want to get it out the way. Also ttc so want to get it out the way.

I was very down after all my laps, third one more so because I was told my bowel was stuck down. It took me about three months to start feeling normal again where I was not crying or feeling angry at myself or everyone around me. I had a horrendous kidney infection afterwards so this had an impact on my recovery. It does get better and you will start to feel more like yourself when your body has fully healed. Good luck and try to take it easy.

I was really depressed after my lap... for me I realised that diclofenac (the painkiller they put me on) causes low mood and nightmares etc in some people..... me being one of them... I realised because i had a gap in my painkillers and the depression (really bad) seemed to go away when i ran out of tablets... and when i got new ones it came back...

are you still on diclofenac?
