I havent taken prostap but I have taken zoladex. When I had a three month injection I was in a lot of pain in the third month. After checking with my consultant my doctor gave me a monthly injection (before what should have been the end of the three month one - if that makes sense!) and said that the three month ones were not right for me and although it was a pain (literally!) going back each month instead of three months I had no problems with the monthly ones. Personally Im not sure how they can say that it last for exactly three months.
