Random pain/bleeding

So I have been suffering with Endometriosis for the last 21 years now! I hadn’t been diagnosed 21 years ago though, more like 14 years ago! I have had such excruciating pain that controlled my entire life, which meant I have had to have about 6 operations for this with the last one in November 2023! I am currently feeling the pain creep back again!

I have had the coil in since the operation, so for over a year now and for the last month or so I have been getting a horrible crampy feeling in my lower abdomen!

it’s comes on all of a sudden EVERY SINGLE EVENING, with the pain going down to my legs! This is often followed by bleeding! Sometimes the pain and bleeding is for a few mins and that’s it done, but this can last all night with no bleeding or pain in the morning! The pain is like the first day of a period, where you know you’re going to be bleeding!

Does anyone know what this could be?!

Hi, sorry your suffering at the moment.

I don't know much as I only got diagnosed in 2022 but after a my body settling with the coil and a year of peace after that, my symptoms started to come back very intensely.

I'm still going through the motions of getting help for it but apparently sometimes the coil just doesn't have the desired effect.

I hope you can get medical help from someone who is caring and understanding. Who will explore how to help you best.
