I have recently received a diagnosis of Endo and chocolate cysts in my one (and only Ovary). Due to this the drs are reluctant to collect eggs from my to do IVF. Has anyone used Donor eggs, wondering if this is an option via NHS or private / cost etc. I can’t see to find much online about it.

Hallo! I also have one ovary with persistent chocolate cysts.
After 3 failed IVF cycles (NHS) due to poor egg reserve, we were offered the donor egg route. We would have had to pay privately for a Spanish clinic to perform it.
For us, that was the end of the road as my health had already suffered from the injections to stimulate/release my eggs.
I suggest you ask your clinic for more information/a recommendation. Googling for clinics abroad would result in a bewildering number of options.
I was told I can’t have my eggs frozen on the nhs, only if I wanted to change gender or if I had cancer that I can freeze my eggs on the NHS. Not sure if it’s different if your ready to start a family etc.
