Hi. I have endometriosis and fibroids and wondered does anyone else feel absolutely exhausted to the point of not able to get out of bed? Day to day things feel impossible.

Endo can make you feel exhausted. Have you had any blood tests done to see if there are any other causes like low iron?

I only get that around the time of my period, although I don't think that's what you mean. You may want to check your diet. Low iron is definitely one thing but other things - it's different for everyone - may be affecting you, like gluten, dairy, alcohol, meat, caffeine. Try eliminating some of these and see if it helps you.

I feel the same as you. I am getting 10 hours at night and needing a 3 hour nap in the day. I have zero energy which is not like me at all. I used to be so active. It’s effecting every aspect of my life. I’m going to try and get some bloods done.

Yes, I have some bad days that knock me off my feet. Probably best to ask your GP for blood test as you could have low iron count - I now take ferrous sulphate on alternate days to keep my iron count up.

Yeah I’m also exhausted a lot of the time and had bloods done, no issues. I did find seeing a nutritionist and boosting things was slightly low in helped like b12 and D.

definitely feel like this 90% of the time. In many ways the terrible fatigue is worse than the pain as there’s literally nothing that helps improve the fatigue.

That’s how I feel. I could cry sometimes out of frustration. I work 10 hours a week and that exhausts me. Do you sleep ok? I find my sleep is disturbed and I have to have a hot water bottle on my back.
