Stopped Decapeptyl - 18wks no period yet?

Hi,

New poster here! I had been on Decapeptyl 3 monthly injections for 34 months! Stopped in October.

It has now been 18 weeks and my cycle has not started yet.

I did initially have a lot of hormonal symptoms/period pains and was recently given HRT patches which appear to have settled these!

I was told that my cycle would begin anywhere from 4-12 weeks after stopping the injections. I am really hoping it never returns 🤣.

I am due to go for a full hysterectomy in April but I am actually managing pain right now and absolutely dreading that my period will return and therefore the pain.

What is everyone's experience once stopping Decapeptyl??
