Well I have discovered my issue at the moment! I had a Prostap injection yesterday whilst they’re trying to figure out what the next step is and the injection made me sick so I didn’t eat much today… I had hardly any pain. I had a small meal for dinner and suddenly I’m curled up in a ball!
Food. Food is my issue! So now what? I like eating!

How unfair! 🤦🏼♀️ I didn’t realise until today how much eating has impacted the pain! I was sick last night so didn’t feel much like eating and then as soon as I had a jacket potato it was as if someone punched me in the gut.
I'm not on Prostap but I regularly get nausea and feel full quickly, so I usually only eat one 'meal' a day but the rest of the time I am snacking! Just make sure some if not most of the snacks are healthy lol. Little and often. It's also a bit of trial and error figuring out if it's a particular type of food causing your issues - if you think it's a specific food try cutting it from your diet temporarily to see if anything improves.
Thank you! I feel like this whole thing is trial and error. But it’s interesting to think it might be food.
Have you ever kept a food diary? I have been told to do it by friends, I am just very forgetful and lazy and I never get it done. Definitely might try it now.
Yeah I keep a food diary and it's quite useful for figuring out which food might be upsetting my stomach because I can never remember! There's a few apps you can use which might make it less of a task
