Hi all, had my lap today. Removed endometria 4cm from left ovary left ovary intact, found left ovary stuck down but in the right place. Funny thing is that no other endometriosis was found! Just wondering if this is actually very unusual or anyone else has experienced this diagnosis on a lap as from everything I’ve read endometriomas are usually signs of more severe disease e.g on bowel. I can’t thank the nhs enough for the care. No loss of ovary or anything else. I hope everyone is doing ok x
