Hi im on the monthly zoledex and upto 1 week before next injection i start feeling some pain. I was told it wearing off, soon as i have next injection i can feel crappy for couple days then im ok.With the sleep problem i understand. I get up 1-2 times every night and can be awake from half hour to few hours. Been this way for months, the insomnia while in medical menopause is awful

I've been using night Kalms to help I think they did help a bit but not massively.

Hi I'm in the monthly one, but I've heard lts of times from ladies here that they have it every ten weeks with the three month one, as it tends to wear off for them at this point. Could you ask your Gp if you can swap to the monthly one, it might be a better option for you. Sending you a big hug x 🤗

It wears off early for me - is have them every 60 days. Just had it last week and feel so much better now bloating has gone. Sleep is awful for me too even though I'm on addback HRT. Magnesium glycinate can help and melatonin (if you can get some) will help too. I sometimes take sturgeron (anti histamine). Tell your consultant you need it earlier as it's very common that it wears off.

I'm on three monthly prostap and it wears off early. I was told its common for people with endo to find it wears off early and I'm going to switch from 12 weeks to 10 to see if that helps.

I'm with you on the insomnia. I'm just accepting that relatively painfree insomnia is better than waking up in pain.
