Break down adhesions?

Hi, has anyone found any ingredients or medicine which can break down adhesions or loosen them? I've been recently told I have endotrima cyst , along with others, on left ovary and still have abscess on right. I'm sure I have adhesions affecting bowels and digestive tract from the years of inflammation and infection. Any recommendations for ingredients or medicine that could work on adhesions before surgery would be great. TIA, wishing you all the best with recovery

Thank you, how did serrapatedase work for you?

Pretty well. My period cramps are way less severe now. I take it every night on an empty stomach before bed. I also take NAC which I think helps too.

serrapeptase and read Heal Endo by Katie Edmond's

Yes. I came to write Serrapeptase too. You could also try to shrink it by stopping estrogen so cutting out estrogen promoting foods and eating foods like the famous Ray Peat raw cartot to try to eliminate estrogen from your body x worth a try.

Thank you , have you tried serrapatedase or the raw carrot, did you find it helped?

I eat the raw carrot daily x no idea if it helps. I've read a lot about serrapeptase but I've never tried it. I'm on zoladex x

Thank you for taking time to signpost, really appreciate it xx I've started taking tumeric pills every other day and looking into ordering some NAC too, have also cut out stodgy gluten foods and white bread /flour products

I use Reservatorol as NAC wasn't suited to me . Serrapeptase is brilliant but contraindicated if you have any plates or biomechanics in places as it is non discriminatory about which adhesive tissue it tackles - no good suddenly not having a hip replacement in situ in the call of dealing with endo adhesions ....

Can I ask if you got any side affects from the NAC? Thank you for the advice xx

I was nauseous and in more pain ! It seemed to overload my liver very quickly even with being on a low dose and taking breaks in period of using it that are usual. It's not for everyone but can work really well for others .

I have severe endometriosis and have been using castor oil rubbed on stomach, with towel on top then put electric heat pad on and leave it for at least 30 mins.

Also, myofascial massage is good you can either use a tennis ball or you can buy them proper massage balls on Amazon. Use that along with some form of oil/ lotion. This is what my physiotherapist taught me.

Unsure if any actually dissolve adhesions as mine are very dense but both certainly make things more bearable.

Best wishes with your treatment and journey with this awful disease ❤️

Oh and also someone recommended on here recently a Holland and Barret CBD balm, which is also very good.
