I’m looking at introducing some supplements to my routine to help manage my symptoms of endometriosis. What’s the best out there, that don’t cost the earth?

Hiya there, I use the my oovi endo supplements and their deboloat, to help with my stomach pain and bloating. They are a bit more on the spenny side but if you try and they are worth it they do a subscribe and save option, which works out a bit less. I have tried a few and these are beneficial for me so don't mind paying the money. I've tried quite a few before the menopause and me ones were good and so were the well woman ones. I had to switch to the gummies tho as I feel like the big chalky tablet ones add to my stomach problems and constipation. I'm okay with taking either gummies or like capsule ones. Something to bare in mind if you suffer with stomach problems or bloating.

I find taking a probiotic helps with my bowel symptoms.

I take magnesium. It’s really helped with my anxiety and poor sleep quality. Also vitamin D, iron and folic acid. these together really seem to have helped my bowel symptoms mostly.

Have a look at the anti inflammatory diet also.

Hi,

I take omega 3 daily ( there are studies showing its anti inflammatory effects in multiple conditions in human and animal studies and there are some specific studies to endo)

This is a research paper summarising supplements and endometriosis ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl... .

I also take iron as mine is often low due to heavy periods. I dont eat dairy so supplement calcium.

NAC is one supplement I had been curious about due to a study I read regarding use on deep endo but I must admit haven't used it yet as I am trialling noriethesterone so haven't looked into it in depth re safety of long term use etc.

❤️ Sabrina x

I think high vitamin D and Vitamin K2. NAC and glutathione. All the Bs (6 &12 & multi). Vitamin C. A good prebiotic and cod liver oil. Selenium and zinc. I take magnesium glycinate on a night. The vitamin D and B vits make a huge difference to me. I've read a lot and these come up again and again x good luck x

I also take myoovi endo supplement, and I also have a gut one that had pretty much the same as the myoovi debloat for cheaper so I got that from Holland and Barretts.

I've only been taking it for about 2 months, almost on month 3 so I can't say for sure but my last period wasn't as painful as it normally can be so... I hope it's making a difference!💜

Hi, hollandandbarrett.com/shop/... this is it. It seems to do the same sort of things for bloating. There is one with more live bacteria but it is more expensive (I think it's 30 billion??) but this one was on offer with buy one get one half price ☺️

There are quite a few on H&B, so there might one better suited for you depending on the ingredients!💜

I haven't tried these myself yet (waiting for my current supplements to run out) but there's a guy in Ireland that has created an endo-specific supplement, could be worth checking out as it has lots of different supplements in one
