bleeding & pain 5 weeks after laparoscopy

Hi all. I had a laparoscopy for endometriosis removal 5 weeks ago. I had endometriosis removed from both ovaries successful. I’m on the mini pill & have been since December so I don’t have periods usually. I’m experiencing some vaginal bleeding, like a light period & pelvic/middle tummy pain & aches in my back. I’ve had it for about 4 days now. Did anyone else get bleeding/pain this far ahead? I feel like I’m going backwards & so stressed. My wounds look great, no swelling or redness around incision sights. I feel so fed up I’ve been to the doctors & they’ve given me antibiotics for ‘suspected bacterial vaginal infection’…. But swabs haven’t come back yet? I’m such a worry wart which doesn’t help. Will be starting the antibiotics today. Thanks in advance x

Hi!I had almost the same laparoscopy and the pain was back in 3 months (without pill). I went on progesterone and the pain went away. Even though it gave my nausea. I tried a new one, no nausea but some pain during ovulation and before the period, but managable. I think you should just try another pill because they all have different hormone dosage and everyone of us respond differently.
