New here - looking for advice

Hi, I’m new here. I’ve suspected endo for about 12 years and am hoping that I’ll be getting clarity from my GP soon. Any info in the meantime would be super reassuring.

I recently went for a scan and 3 endometriomas were noted. Does this confirm endometriosis?

My GP ordered a CA-125. Do you know if they typically ring with these results or only if the results are elevated?

Is surgery always necessary? The endometriomas are all under 4cm.

Thank you in advance. Just feeling really anxious while I wait for news.

Yes Endometrioma means you have Endometriosis, in stage 3 or 4 I think. An MRI or laparoscopy would be a very good idea because you need to know how much it has spread. Mine is now on my diaphragm which affects my breathing.
