It depends on what you mean by pod involvement. This can be from superficial disease to stage 4.

Yes I realised as soon as I commented so deleted it!

This doesn’t confirm POD involvement as such but that your left ovary has become pulled out of place and is stuck there. The negative sliding sign means that your organs don’t slide freely against each other and have all been stuck by endo adhesions. This will often involve the bowel too and is then a frozen pelvis. If is of note that rectovaginal endo typically affects the left side and you probably have deep endo in your POD which is called obliterated. You should get a referral to an endo centre based on this if not already and an endo specific MRI would be next to assess the depth and full extent of deep disease.
