Is my endometriosis coming back?

Hi all, would love some advice. It has been 7 months post op from laparoscopy surgery where they found endo. Unfortunately due to the back log i haven't had follow up consultant appointment until this year March.In December my period psychically drained me and pain was on left side again.

After my 6 day the pain stayed and has stayed like it did when i first started to experience endometriosis pain.

This is first month where there is the Constant pain again. sometimes dull pain left side of the vag. Leg to foot pain on and off and back pain with extreme fatigue.

I pushing through it but i am going out of my mind thinking is just one off or my period due or is it retuning and wondering any one else experienced this? Oh and also my belly button cut was infected when first happend but every since then it hurts and can't even stretch fully sometimes.
