Hysteroscopy bleeding

Hi everyone!I had hysteroscopy on 14th of December to remove polyp. It was a but painful (I went without sedation) but bearable and quick. Had no bleeding afterwards. On 19th of December I had my first day of periods, as it was due. And on the second day I had so much blood and so many clots that I went to A&E. They checked my blood and said everything looks fine and sent me home. On 23rd of December I had a planned MRI scan that confirmed my endometriosis. I found it out yesterday, as I went to A&E again because my bleeding wouldn't stop. It was already day 9 of bleeding and passing clots. They checked again my blood, told that haemoglobin dropped a bit but not too much, prescribed tranexamic acid (which I was talking before and it didn't help) and sent me home again. My bleeding is still quite heavy - 7 night pads during 14 hours. I was told bleeding can last for 15 to 20 days after hysteroscopy, but it was never mentioned before the procedure and to be honest it feels now like it will never going to stop 🤧

Did anyone experience the same? How did everything settle?

I bled for weeks after my fibroid removal. Make sure you take an iron supplement. It should settle eventually x
