Bad day

Today is a bad day - I'm in a LOT of pain with my right ovary and I'm just sick and tired of it effecting my working.

I had my referral put through to gynaecology finally but I am just already sick of waiting.

My pain has been constant for the last 4 months! I just want a break 😞

I’ve got a rechargeable heat pad which really helps. I have it on all the time. Spare batteries means I’m not waiting.

If pain continues do get help, maybe stronger pain relief and checking nothing else has gone wrong.

Thanks so much. I'm on zapain and can only really have that when not working due to being able to drive tk and from work 😞 may have to ask for a different pain killer tho

There is a non opiate called Nefopam if it’s opiates that make you drowsy. I use Duloxitine, paracetamol, Oramorph (not all the time) and Diclofenac (occasionally)

The pad is aroma season, I got mine of Amazon originally, but I’ve seen them on eBay as well cheaper. Spare batteries I’ve only seen on Amazon. They don’t like links, but a search on either site for rechargeable heat pad should bring it up or as aroma season.
