Bad day 😞

Having a bad flare up today 😔called the duty doctor at my gp to prescribe me painkillers but asked me a series of questions and thinks I've got anal fissure even though I'm not constipated or having any problems opening my bowels. Makes me so frustrated when I can't speak to my usual gp and after 10 minutes of conversation didn't even get the prescription for painkillers but however got anaesthetic to put on my anus like that's going to help with my debilitating pain in my pelvic sorry for the rant but can't speak to anyone else that understands 😔thanks (hope everyone else is well) x
