Yes its sucks! I've been taking 8% cbd oil and it's really helped with pain. Might be worth a shot. There's patches too for localised pain relief.
Have you had any investigations, offer of treatment? There are lots of pain medication options as well so get your GP/ Gynae to prescribe something else if pain is really bad.
