Hospital in London?

Would anyone be able to please recommend a hospital in London where they actually respond and have time to treat you?

I've been with King's hospital and having a horrendous experience. No proper advice, no response just trying to chase an appointment via the secretary but being unsuccessful. I won't go into all the detail but they told me to get the coil in April and I've been in severe pain since. Had to go to A&E on Friday.. I was supposed to have an appt with the consultant today that was booked for months but they just called today to reschedule it for January. I even emailed PALS now but have just lost all faith in King's and want to ask my GP to be referred somewhere else but unsure what to ask for. Guy's and St Thomas', The Royal London Hospital or UCLH? Any tips from anyone?

Thank you so much and thank god this forum exists
