I am willing to trial anything if it will help reduce my symptoms as I'm struggling quite badly.
Someone told me to get a TENS machine as it could help with the pain I've been having. I'm just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this or have tried it and it helps with there endo pain?

Hi LilacPetalsI use a TENS machine often, I wouldn't say it gets rid of pain/prevents it... I feel its more of a distraction for me, but does enable me to function... You have nothing to lose, why not give it a try.
There are many makes and models all with different price ranges, but they ultimately do the same thing. I paid around £30 on amazon for a small one, nothing special but works well for me, I'm able to put it in my pocket and wear it in work, exercising, whilst in bed.
Thank you. I have bought a TENS machine, I am hoping it works for me. I haven't been able to go to work for a few days now as the pain has been unbearable. I can't sit down or lie down without being in pain or discomfort.
Yeah I have a tens machine I got the one from LLoyds chemist, it has 4 pads and it was around £20 a few years ago! I find it helps but I still need medication too such as naproxen and tramadol. It’s worth trying and it can also be used on other parts of the body. I often use it on my shoulders when I am hurting elsewhere too xx
I find the Breuer menstrual relief one with heat and TENS helpful. I have worst if my pain low over my sacrum and down my left leg so I really find it helps with that. Don’t find it so useful for the pain around the front. I wear it to work or when I try to still go out on walks etc and have two now so I can change over as battery life isn’t huge but is USB chargeable. It doesn’t take the pain away of course but it means I can function.
I find mine so helpful, it was about £30 out of Argos and the best thing I’ve bought. I don’t get a lot of relief from the painkillers I’m prescribed, but the TENS machine reduces (or distracts from) the pain enough that I’m able to relax.
