I’ve been diagnosed with stage 4 Endrometriosis and have terrible symptoms before and during my periods. I’m trying different products to manage my pain, I wondered if anyone has used TENS machines? If yes, do they actually help with pain?
Many thanks in advance!

I also am also stage 4 endo. I’ve just bought the My oovi but only managed to try it out on ovulation pain so far and it seems ok. Literally I have been overdosing on Naproxen, Nurofen and Paracetamol at period times lately, so couldn’t help myself but to buy it. I needed SOMETHING. Good luck. X
I haven’t used a myoovi but I’ve used other TENS machines and they’re a good distraction alternative. I’ve found painkillers don’t touch the side, and often I don’t feel like taking them anyway. The TENS machines I find are a strange sensation when you stick them on, it doesn’t get rid of the pain, but it masks it in my opinion and makes it easier to ignore so you can go about doing things. To me, the sensation feels like a tingle, occasionally a little zappy but overall makes life a bit more manageable!
I’d suggest giving it a go, even if it only dulls the pain slightly, it’s better than nothing! Good luck to you 😊
