umbilical hernia

hi all, has anyone had a umbilical hernia with fat that causes them problems. I passed blood for 3 days and had abdominal pain for a year now, had blood loss from bowel end in April with excruciating pain so referred for colonoscopy, endoscopy and sigmoid and only found polyps in stomach that aren’t a worry or concern to cause bleeding. Had a ct with contrast 2 weeks ago which showed a tiny umbilical hernia with fat, just wanted to get an idea of symptoms anyone may have had and any pain or blood loss from bowel end, I had endometriosis before menopause Tia x
