wound seeping…. Should I be worried? Horrible photo sorry!

One of my surgical incisions has started to proper seep this sticking liquid and it’s so sore. The others are also seeping but not as much. I’ve tried contacting the dr but got no response. Is this infected and gonna need antibiotics?

Has anybody else experienced this after surgery?

All five have started to do it so went to my GP. I have an infection so started antibiotics today. Temp is up too, along with the pain 😭 I was hoping that surgery would help but it hasn’t 😭 x
