Dizziness and breathlessness

I've noticed if I'm struggling with the pain, i get very dizzy and can become out of breath really easily. As well as my heart racing as soon as I move my body slightly. Does anyone else get this, if so any suggestions on how to help it? I'm only 17 and sometimes it's like I'm 70. Please help x

Ok could it be a panic attack??? That’ makes you feel like you are dying and you can’t breathe and get tingling in your fingers. Try breathing into and out of s paper bag next time it happens. That might help. What does your doctor say? The pain could make you anxious so you breathe faster and makes you blow off extra carbon dioxide which causes tingling and you feel like you can’t breathe.

It sounds like anxiety, or a panic attack. There are various ways to stop a panic attack, both naturally (breathing exercises, meditation etc) and through medication. Speak with your doctor if you feel concerned.

I have suspected Endo - my gynae consult discovered that I was pregnant, after a long story and a lot of bleeding it was discovered to be ectopic and is naturally being absorbed 🤷🏼‍♀️

Since then I have lots of dizziness, weakness, high heart rate, low blood pressure etc and have barely moved for the last 5 days. I was tested for anaemia but was surprisingly clear.

I'm due back at the hospital tomorrow so will let you know if I find out anything useful!

I to suffer with breathing issues simular to yourself, iv been told its stress related and need to calm myself down using the technichs already mentioned, anxiety due to pain and not understanding whats going on is the cause of mine, panick attacts set in when im scared or anxious, not a good feeling along with shakes, i get confused and brain freeze all the time also due to stress, not much advice out there im afraid just try to stay calm and learn some breathing technichs to slow down your breathing, a brown paper bag helps but doing something that cakms your mind also helps, speak to your dr. Good luck,

I get dizzy when I stand up sometimes or when I'm having a bad morning I feel weak and dizzy but then I eat and sit down and I 'm fine 😮 I know how you feel though I recently developed exercise induced asthma (I think it was caused by endo) and I cant even speed walk without running out of breath 😮 As someone who has asthma and anxiety you can tell the difference between a panic attack and breathlessness both though are helped if you breath through your nose and try to remain calm 😮 You maybe anaemic ask at your doctors to be checked 😮 I hope you have better luck than me I've mentioned a few times and nobody seems to care 😂X
