I hope that you might be able to help me and maybe put my mind at ease.
I went for an Ultrasound last week, and the doctor saw that I have fluid and a cyst in the endometrial canal.
She wasn't sure what it could be due to, but she advised me to see my gynaecologist as soon as possible and discuss further investigations with him.
I have had an operation 8 years ago for very mild endometriosis, but nothing since. I am in pain most of the time but it usually isn't too bad as I take Cerazette (contraceptive pill).
I stopped taking my pills 6 months ago as I was due to start fertility treatment (egg freezing) and that's when it went a bit crazy. Pain is horrible and hormones are a bit allover the place.
Thanks for your feedback.

They may say the cyst will go by itself and often a lot of them do, or if it keeps growing or is quite big in size they may need to do keyhole surgery. It sounds like since you’ve stopped taking the pill the cysts has started. Hopefully you get a clear plan sorted on how is best to treat it.
