Are you on a progesterone? I had my laparoscopy back in October last year. I have endo and Adenomyosis. My pain improved after my op and then about 4 months later I was getting bad pain flare ups again. So they upped my dose of Norethisterone and the pain and periods went. However, I recently had to change pills as I got legs cramps and you can’t be on Norethisterone long term. I’m now on desogestrel and changing the meds caused a long period but I’ve taken tranxenamic acid with it now and it’s stopped and I’m not in pain.

I would recommend some type of progesterone and also a gluten free diet helped me (but watch your folic acid and iron levels if you cut out gluten as mine went low as a result so I now take supplements)

Also, I’ve been to a pain clinic and the best advice I got which works for me now I’m on progesterone is taking paracetamol (a quick acting one) the minute I even get a tinge of pain and a hot water bottle. The earlier you take the pain meds the better it is at reducing the inflammation and it means the pain flare up doesn’t last as long. I used to just wait until the pain got bad and would then take naproxen and codeine and that used to make no difference. But now catching the pain is the best thing I can do.

I hope this helps! It’s horrible suffering ❤️

Also i would contact your gynaecologist about bleeding from the back passage. I had that too but it stopped after I healed from the operation. But they checked and it put my mind at rest. I had an endo growth on my rectum that had to be removed and I was bleeding as it was healing.

Hi, please, if you are bleeding from back passage get your doctor on side to refer you back to your consultant.

I don’t want to scare you but this is not normal, maybe a tiny bit of spotting if you are constipated.

Wishing you well and sincerely hope you get listened to, you do not give your age, but this at any age should not be ignored, please.
