Does your endo come back with different symptoms to before?

I was diagnosed with endo in 2019 during a laparoscopy. I never had painful or heavy periods but did have deep nagging pelvic and lower back pain. The endo was removed by excision and I've been fine ever since.

Lately, at any point during my cycle I am getting a similar deep nagging pain again which lasts for a week or 2. This time though its across the middle of my back and under the right side of my ribs. I don't have any pelvic pain. It changes intensity hour to hour. I've had tests on my kidneys and gallbladder etc, all seem normal.

Could this be my endo that has come back with different symptoms?
