Mirena, cramps and spotting

Hi, I am 10 weeks post excision by lap and Mirena insertion. I have only had 2 weeks not bleeding in the 10 weeks and have daily cramping which radiates down my legs. The pain isn't constant, it comes and goes during the day. Could this still be the coil settling? Not sure how long I can take the daily cramping but scared the endo will grow back quicker without it.

yes the Mirena is settling. Your body is healing itself post lap. Get pain meds from Gp to take away the settling down pains. This is a temp solution. Decide what you want and ask Gp. It’s hard to be up early to phone them when you’re in pain. But you need them to cope with Mirena and prevent regrowth of Endo.

My Mirena gave me years of a life without symptoms. Monday am set an alarm to phone Gp surgery or do it online?
