Hey, I was referred last March (2022) for diagnostic lap for endo. I've since had 5 cancelled op dates one of which I was sat gowned up, stockings and all after 5 hours I got sent home. I now have 6th date on 17th May.
Has anyone experienced multiple cancelled ops?
I'm getting more and more fustrated. Having any more time off work isn't really an option, work however have been very supportive. I'm worried that I will have the op and won't find anything despite the constant pain and then I will be back to square one on a diagnosis.

That sounds more like a cyst or something than endo. If it was endo it would show up on a scan, be careful aboout having a lap just to check. Every operation on the abdomen even a lap creates scars and ahesions that can make endo pain worse so it's a good idea to only have an op if they can see endo on the scan. The gynae should be able to explain to uyou why one ovary is enlarged from looking at the scan and be able to recommend what to do next. Cysts can be extremely painful and might well need an op to remove in some cases but it sounds like you need to phone up the consultants secretary and see you need to speak to him/her urgently and explain how annoyed you are at being treated like this and you want to know why he thinks it is enlarged and why he/she has recommended a lap. If I were you I'd get a private consultation where you can sit doen and talk to the surgeon properly. I'd also check whetehr this gynae is a specialist in treating endo.
