Post Lap bleeding

Hi all,

I have endometriosis and adenomyosis and recently had my 4th laposcopy 2 weeks. I had a mirena fitted, but have been bleeding since. Has anyone experienced this? I have always been anemic as well, so know this is building up as well. I ve heard the mirena might take time to settle as well. Any advise would be highly appreciated.

Hello, I had the Mirena fitted in October last year and I bled for about 3 weeks then had spotting on and off after that. It took about 3 months to completely settle down. Now I don’t have any bleeding. This is my 4th Mirena and it has been the same each time. Just stick with it, it will get better xx
