laparoscopy and periods

I have a laparoscopy booked for tomorrow, however I have come on my period first time in 6 months, will they still do the surgery?

Yes, they will still be able to do your surgery. Lots of people have their lap while on their period, it’s no problem for the surgeon. In fact, apparently some prefer it because they can see all the inflammation clearly when you are on your period!
