Oh yeah! For sure! I get so many cravings and can’t get full on the week before. I think most women do

That’s how I feel too. Be careful to not overeat though

Ur deff not alone! Anything salty I go for the week running up to my period. I always struggle with my dieting around that time to.

I know I’ll have like my lunch or whatever and still be super hungry afterwards I’m trying to be healthier with my binge week like today I’ve tried snacking on fruit as well as the odd packet of crisps or chocolate bar

I'm sure it's to do with hormones because when I was on the mini pill I had this every day and it was horrific, like just eating a meal and being so hungry minutes later that it was physically painful!

Hi, a nutritionist I know tells me it is normal to have carbohydrate craving premenstrually. She believes it’s important to let ourselves eat a bit more and that not doing so contributes to premenstrual tension. I have followed her advice! Much easier than resisting. I usually find my appetite drops off when my period actually comes, so it sort of evens out.

That’s what I fine i can eat like a horse when I’m on but when I’m off I don’t eat that much ... so kinda balances out x

I definitely have this! I’m on Prostap at the moment so no periods but definitely have had this when I had periods xxx
