Decaptyl and bleeding

following major surgery In January from a burst ovarian absess and sepsis I have now been diagnosed with endo. Since the surgery o now have another 5+cm cyst and small fibroids starting so I am now on Decaptyl injections. Im 9 week in and have stated bleeding today having a bit of a panic but I did also have my 2nd injection late at 8 weeks due to no communication between my consultant and gp. Currently awaiting MdT meeting decision about my cyst had to have a ct and appointment in 2 weeks. Im just in constant worry after how poorly I was is it normal to still bleed on this injection? Im all taking tibolone?
