I am only 21 years old but I feel like I get hot flushes as if I’m going through the change or menopause. It’s so warm to the point it feels like my skin is burning and tingling especially my face.
Has anyone experienced this I think it may be hormones but when it comes it makes me so warm and tired

Sorry, I did not experience it but I think it's better to consult it with a gp. There could be a hundred explanation to what is happening but the only way to be sure is to seek professional opinion. Good luck
Hiya, I experienced this, i called them hot flashes as it was more a flash of heat through me - thinking back I used to get them when I was not on hormone treatment for my endo.
Now I’m on the injections for the chemical menopause I get some hot flushes but it’s reduced with HRT, these are definitely different to the ones I had previously.
I’m 31 now but I was your age when I got diagnosed. I have to say there was a lot of symptoms I was suffering from but I had no idea, until recently, that they all related to endo until joining this forum and reading endo books.
It’s is worth mentioning it to your GP, but also would recommend some endo research 💕
Hi, I am forever boiling and having hot flushes. I’ve just turned 30. Literally to the point my face is full of sweat just by drying my hair! I feel your pain x
Hi There.I suffer with hot flashes, due to research and seeing a nutritional therapist for my endometriosis, which I was diagnosed last year, is due to unbalanced hormones, where your body is producing too much estrogen and not enough progesterone which is all inked to having endometriosis. I hope this answers your question. Do speak to your GP about your hot flashes it could be coursed by having endometriosis? Not sure if you have been diagnosed with endo? might been idea to request a blood test to test your hormone levels and see what's going on.
It could well be something with your hormones but it could be rosacea flushing too. I would suggest trying the GP ask them to test for hormone levels and maybe ask for a referral to a dermatologist.
