I am in pain and it is unbearable had two tablets of brufin together but no relief.it is very sharp pain as someone is cutting with a blade.Any help?

It is bearable - just horrible. I had a cyst which was like being stabbed in the side. You can take paracetamol and ibuprofen- just stick to the dosage and separate them by two hours. Yoga does help. I did not think it would but it does.
