Hya , hope you’re all coping 😘. I’m just updating from my last couple of posts . I had my first face to face appointment with gynaecologist last week . We went over my MRI results a bit more thoroughly than when I spoke with him over the phone about it . Scar tissue on ligaments which is suggestive of endometriosis and very suggestive of deep enfiltrating endometriosis on pouch of Douglas and bowel appears like it’s attached to my womb . And a small fibroid in womb . So even though that’s what it shows he still said that’s not 💯 diagnosis until I have a laparoscopy to confirm it all . He’s transferred me to an endometriosis specialist now and I’m on waiting list for the opp and to sort out what ever they find . So I’m just wondering if any ones had MRI results and been told the same as in not a full diagnosis until lap ? And if lap hasn’t then showed what the mri has suggested? The whole diagnosis journey is so confusing isn’t it . He also didn’t recommend any hormonal treatment for now as I previously was asking about in my last post . I just have to wait for my appointment now with the specialist he said that shouldn’t take to long 🤞.
