How do we find out about our baseline hormones and treat them?

Does anyone know where you can go to test your hormones/ baseline hormones? There's so many scam companies out there trying to make a quick buck with at home testing, and I have no idea where to start looking.

I also find it so difficult to navigate any treatments other than the pill or the coil, and every HRT is based around menopause treatment. Any recommendations much appreciated, I'm London UK based.

My GP did mine. If yours won’t, which would be wrong of them if you have legitimate concerns, then you can book direct private blood tests through private hospitals such as Spire and BMI.
