So I eventually got my 3 month review (had my lap on 1st July) by phone. It was a grand total of 5 mins where I was told that I could either stay on the mini pill or I could have a hysterectomy it all depends on what I wanted my quality of life to be like. He didn't want an answer there and then but would keep me on the list for a year. I've got some endo left on my bowel so is it worth getting a hysterectomy if there is still some endo left on my bowel that will continue to grow?? At the beginning before I had my diagnosis I told the docs to just take it all out of me, so I kinda wanna have it done but am afraid that it won't completely solve the endo

What to do

If the endo is on the bowel a hysterectomy won't help. Did he explain why he thought you should have one?
Were you advised this by a specialist endo centre?
No hospital gynea department
I would recommend seeing an Endo Specialist because gyne doctors never completely understand endometriosis.
Gosh, as soon as endo was found affecting your bowel they should have referred you straight to a specialist endo centre. The pill can sometimes ease pain by stopping periods but it isn't a 'treatment' for bowel endo and neither is a hysterectomy as endo is outside the uterus. This is a very outdated approach and not in accordance with official guidance. Are you in England?
