Have had 2 surgies within 2 and half years and currently on my second round of 5 months Decapeptyl injections + merina coil. Got one more month then i am hoping i won't be having it again ( it does help but i still get very bad the week before the injection and the week after having it ) currently now
i have stage 2 endo with it on my bowels and bladder tubes which i was told they couldn't remove it all from them areas as it can cause to much of a complication - has anyone else been told this? i'm just worried i'm now having these injections to mask it again slightly and sooner rather than later will need more surgery due to pain/bleeding again.
i would love my coil out and off these injections as see if i can some what be free from feeling constantly pumped full of hormones.
just wanted to know some stories from what others have gone through and see if i can find any ways/tips to help myself or i can help others.
thank you
Eve

I was also told that surgery wasn't an option for my endo and offered hormone treatment. I had been on the pill for years before my endo was diagnosed and it didn't suit me very well so I was a bit worried about trying hormone treatment. I tried a few different things to see if I could find a different way of managing the symptoms. I found a combination of homeopathy and nutritional therapy really helped, but there are lots of different alternative therapies that may be worth exploring.
