I’m stage 4 with endo. Since I had a baby’s year ago (I’m blessed) my endo has been okay and tolerable but recently it’s back to severe, i can hardly walk this past week. I have painkillers from the doctor but Iv heard the CBD oil can help pain.
Has anyone tried this and if you recommend it, which one please? xx

I have found CBD oil helpful but it makes me incredibly drowsy so can only use it about 15-20 minutes before bed. The CBD oil I use is custom made for me by my incredibly helpful and chemistry- savvy husband. He buys a CBD crumble off the internet and infuses it into olive oil and adds some strawberry flavouring to make it taste nicer and puts it in a tincture bottle. I put 30 drops under my tongue and leave it there for a few minutes and the relief is definitely noticeable. You can find instructions for how to do this online but I would check out iceheadshop.co.uk. They sell pre-made oils and also do a CDB vape pen called the Holy Grail which I would also recommend. It's not as effective but does help take the edge off when combined with painkillers. I've sneaked a few puffs of this at work more than once. It does make me a little dopey so affects my performance but I'm hardly going to be at my peak when I'm in pain. The lesser of two evils.
Hope this works for you. Congratulations on your little bundle of joy.
Congrats on the little one 🙂 but sorry to hear the pain came back. It did for me too.
I went back on the combined pill continuously to control most of my pain & symptoms but get breakthrough bleeding every so often.
I still wasn’t feeling quite myself after months of being back on the pill so started taking CBD oil again and I can definitely say it has made a huge improvement to my mood and outlook. I feel more relaxed, balanced and like myself again.
Not sure if it is coincidence or the CBD oil but all breakthrough bleeds I’ve had so far have been painful but the latest one almost completely painless. I take Hempura 500mg, 2 drops per day under my tongue. Apart from the taste being a bit gross no side affects from it.
Like I said not sure if it has helped or not as the pill handles most of the pain but it has definitely made a positive difference to me one way or another 😊
Oh fab, positive outcome for you then, I am the same as you in terms of the combined pill but now the pain is gradually creeping up so I’m going to look into the one you have just suggested, thank you
Yes definitely 🙂 it’s natural and has minimal side effects so thought it was worth a try. You start with just 1 drop a day and work up gradually if you think you need more so very easy going too. I actually looked at a top 10 the other day and there are some other good sounding choices. I really hope it helps 🤞🏻
Hi there - Im 48 so on my way to natural menopause but have battled Endo since I was 18 with 6 operations to show for it. I still get Endo pain but have found WONDER TAMPONS that have changed my life. Still get cramps but not so debilitating and I take less codeine now than ever. Still take Ibuprofen but find it takes the sharp knife like stabbing pain away during periods. I use DAYE TAMPONS infused with CBD oil so it gets in via the Tampon rather than by tongue. I have tried drops but didn't find them helpful with pain only anxiety. TRY DAYE - you have to subscribe. - website: yourdaye.com/vitals/Good luck x
