CBD Oil - recommendations please.

Hi everyone! Just back from a pain management clinic and it was suggested I try CBD oil. A quick internet search for prices has left me bewildered - so many different types and prices! Can anyone recommend it and which one should I go for?

I was recommended a website called cbd brothers and I ordered the blue edition which was about £20. I tried it for a couple of days but couldn’t handle the horrible taste x

Thank you. That site comes up on searches so I’ll look in more detail. Even though taste was horrible, did it work?

I didn’t take it long enough to notice a difference. I do keep meaning to try it again and just forget the taste but haven’t gotten round to it yet. I know they do free samples but you have to be on the website at certain times to get them x

Wow that's so interesting they're recommending it there. It's really just a matter of time before it's prescribed.

I've not started it yet but I've been researching it the past few weeks. I'm waiting until payday to get my first supply. The reason you can't get proper information about how to take it is that it's illegal to tell people how to take (not illegal to buy & sell) because its classified as a medical substance. Its a really funny law with it the moment. But they're is loads of very good information on Facebook pages.

The cbd brothers is recommended the most. Most ppl advise to start on the green. Taking 1 drop, 3 times a day and then taper up the dose until you get desired results. Some people find green wire uplifting and feel a bit too awake at night and if that's the case, the advice is to take first 2 drops of green and evening drop of white.

Is a little bit of trial and error bit starting with what I've said seems to be the most common recommendation.

It's all to do with the Endocannabinoid System which is so important for all health but most importantly for us, hormones and inflammation.

I can get the names of the Facebook groups if you're interested. I'll try copy the info sheet I downloaded about the dosing.

I'd be really interested to know how you get on with once you start taking it. I can't wait until I get mine. Be another 2 weeks probably for me.

There are a lot of different products available now with CBD, I used to make Tea from CBD flowers I bought on amazon, it was great to help me sleep but then they stopped selling it. You can get creams to rub CBD ice etc, dry CBD herb that you can add to your normal food. It all helps for pain. :)
