Heya, I hope you’re doing ok. I remember after my first op that it weirdly arrived on time but was really really painful. I remember they told me to expect more pain and it to not be normal. I think after the first one it was off for a month or two but very regular now. X

Mine came on time 3 weeks after surgery (laparoscopy to remove endometriosis from pelvis, bowel and ovarian cyst) but was just as painful as they had been previously. Hoping that's just because of the surgery.
