Hi! Great user name :-) I have terrible fatigue, but I haven’t found an answer to it. I get rest/sleep when I can, I already take multivitamins. I have recently tried “gentle” iron capsules to see if my energy levels improved, but they haven’t made a difference, unfortunately. I haven’t been very good at getting fresh air and exercise lately, as I just haven’t felt like it… (who does when they’re tired & in pain?) At the moment I don’t plan to do anything much in the evenings at all. I wouldn’t last long if I went out and probably would be too tired to drive home safely anyway! To cap it all off, the best painkillers I’ve found also make me drowsy, so if I want to go somewhere, I can’t take them. Sorry - not much use to you… apart from the advice to look after yourself as best you can & make the most of it when you do feel ok! All the best xxx

Wow! You’re coping with a lot!! My kids are enormous teenagers now, so can pretty much take care of themselves (well, they still tend to do only half a job if you ask them to do something useful 😂) Caring partners are an absolute godsend, so I’m glad to know you’ve got someone supporting you. Keep talking to people on here - there’s usually someone who can relate to what you’re going through, or at least just let you know that you’re not on your own. ❤️

I get the same, so tired in the days before hand, and have brain fog so it makes it really hard to do anything productive! Usually have a full day of this in the lead up, all I can find to help is taking it easy and being kind to myself… don’t let blood sugar drop too low either. Sorry your struggling too but so great to hear we’re not the only ones!!

It is defo helpful to know im not the only one that gets like it. The struggle is real. It feels like ive not slept for ages even tho i have. I rest as much as u can do with a 1yr old running around i try and eat right but im just to tierd to eat .

Has your GP done some blood tests to check if there is anything else causing the tiredness? Low iron, B12, folate and vitamin D can all make you tired on top of endo symptoms so worth getting those checked if you haven't already.
