So, clue is in the question! When I get my monthly bowel and bladder issues, I also can not stop farting! Constant stream. Sometimes odourless, sometimes not! Sometimes small toots, sometimes ground shaking thunder 😂 but it just doesn’t stop! I’m still waiting for a lap and official diagnosis, but it would be interesting to know if this happens to anyone else? Especially those with confirmed diagnosis.

Anyone else get a MASSIVE gas problem?!
I do. All the females in my family have endo and we also have gas problems. I have had 2 laparoscopic procedures. Sometimes it's really painful like trapped air that just needs to get out. Sometimes it smells like somebody died in my stomach 😂. Sometimes I feel like it's coming but nothing comes out. My endometriosis is recto-vaginal. Maybe that's why. There's a vegetable called "garden egg" that I eat and it helps a lot. It's like an aubergine but white in colour with a green stem. I eat about 4 medium sized garden eggs raw (it doesn't need to be cooked) before bed time. I also substituted oat milk for diary. Huge difference. Hope this helps x.
I also have rv endo. I have more bloating and diarrhoea with my cycle. I find probiotics and reducing high fodmap foods around the time helpful.
every morning...haha
I get gas my whole stomach shakes and causes me pain 😂
I have severe endometriosis, frozen pelvis and some pretty big endometriomas and I am recently having issues with gas, trapped gas and I can also feel it moving sometimes like another reply said.
I have this!My lap found no endo but I've cut almost everything out of my diet and now having IBS and IBD looked into, though I'm sure there is some small endo on the bowel but not prepared to push for that right now. Right before my period, I'm so gassy that it comes out if I even move or laugh in the slightest, usually just small ones but sometimes the rumbling and gurgling sounds my stomach makes are horrific! x
I’m sorry to hear this but glad I’m not suffering alone! Im a Teacher and I’m waiting for the day I’m front of class and it just slips out-I’ve been close 🤦🏼♀️
I think if they don’t find endo (if I ever get a lap) clearly there is still a massive link between IBS and hormones and they need a lot more research into this minefield!
Yeah I work with kids so I mostly just blame it on them as they're not old enough to talk back haha! And yeah there's definitely some link, mine seems to come in waves of a few months or so at a time, and since I came off the pill my bowels have been awful!
