Pain with every move

Hi please help

I was on the menopause injections for 2 years, I switched between zoladex and prostap, and although I bled through out the 2 years and experienced bad menopausal side effects it helped me manage my endo pains.

In March of this year I reached 2 years of using these injections, and I'm still waiting for surgery..

Since march I haven't been on anything i.e no hormones no nothing, I started getting normal periods from August. But I have not had one in November

For the last 2 weeks I've been in pain with every move, everytime I go for a wee and it's worse when I open my bowels, I'm on co codamol and ibuprofen and that's it

I was in a&e on Monday but they turned me away saying they can't do anything for me

I have stage 4 endo, and its affected a large area of my bowels, I'm just wondering if anyone else has the same thing, i usually get in the position of a frog squat and do squats and stretches until the pain settles, and if i cant take any meds coz its not been 4 hours yet, just a couple of questions to anyone who can help, what are you taking, what helps you, I'm really struggling every hour is pain,

If you've not had a period, it's maybe worthwhile doing a test?

Also in relation to your pain, ive been woken since 6am this morning with horrendous pelvic and abdo pain, I'm currently ovulating. For the past 3 months I've started getting horrid pain during ovulation totally outwith the norm for me. I've just taken 100mg tramadol but it's not helping much I normally take cocodamil 30/500mg , naproxin 500mg also on gabapentin 600mg for sciatic pain. I'm at the stage I'm all sweaty and shaky with the pain..I can empathise with you regarding pain when opening bowels. Its weird as I can feel when mines are about to move, as it feels like someone is sticking a knife into my tummy and dragging it around as things begin to move, then there the vaginal and rectal stabbing pain which leaves me bouncing about on the toilet. If your on regular ibuprofen the dr should have you on omeprazole too or something to protect the tummy. I have stage 4, my ovaries are stuck to my bowels , endo on my bowel, bladder ,kidney and between cervix and colon is a mass of it which explains the pain when opening my bowels .they won't operate as I'm ttc naturally. Defo ask your dr for stronger pain meds though.

I feel you, its the same situation with me, my bowels are stuck to the back of my uterus, and my ovaries and tubes are twisted and sandwiched between my bowels and uterus, and u have 10cm cysts on both ovaries.. I'm waiting for surgery and require a bowel resection too

Yeah, I've got cysts on both ovaries but they won't operate due to having previous surgery as it will affect the function. Its horrendous that we have to go through this pain x

The injections are only licensed for 6 months so be on them 2 years is a long time. With stage 4 you should be at a bsge centre and hope you are. They should have sent you to pain management and they could have helped with stronger pain meds like tramadol or oramorph.

Have you had add back hrt? That could have disrupted your cycle.

What do you mean by bsge? When I was on the injections I switched between a few different hrts coz they were reacting quite badly with me, so I ended up on one which settled pain but I developed regular thrushes so then was prescribed fluconazole. It's been a nightmare but I've noticed now that although I was 6 days late to start my period, (literally just started now) my pains seem to settle a lot more when I am bleeding

Bsge centres are the specialist endo centres - they are a tertiary care service as only for severe cases or where bowel or bladder involved. They have a specially trained Gynae in endo and a multi disciplinary team.
